So all my devices have disappeared from my account and I can't stream/watch anything. When I go to manage devices it's saying I cant add/swap any until June 1st but I haven't done anything to alter them in the first place?!
Any ideas as I can't seem to get any help elsewhere due to no live chat and no helpline number.

It sounds like somebody else has access to your account, and has done this.
I would change your password immediately, prevent this happening again on June 1st,
