Device limit issues

I registered two boxes and renamed them online.

 

Yesterday I added another box and went to rename it.  However, the two I had previously renamed have reverted back again to thier default name and the third box doesn't appear on the account!

 

Any ideas?

The problem has occurred since the latest Roku / NowTV planned maintenance schedule, where it seems to be effecting all devices.

 

Still awaiting a reply from the NowTV Team to confirm the time frame when they are going to fix this.

Sorry i missed the last bit of your post.

 

Not sure why your third nowtv box is not being added to your My Account > Manage Devices, assuming you have signed into the box correctly and have no more than four devices allocated.

 

Does the third nowtv box play any content from your NowTV Passes or show any error message on your TV screen ?

@Anonymous User Devices only get added to your list when they are used to watch NOW TV content. Watch something on it in the NOW TV app first then you should see it appear in your device list.
