Device and account question

Good evening people,

Have a quick question i currently have an a account with now tv and watch it via my LG tv and my laptop, i now also have a sony tv in my study and im thinking of getting a now tv box so i can watch it in there too.

Would i be able to link my current active account with the Now Tv box?

In fact you could watch one thing on one device and a family member could watch something else on another.

Yes, you can have four devices registered on your account but can only watch two at any one time.

can any help ive deleted all my devices and now icant watch on anything keeps coming up with error message any tips on getting it back.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.  You can remove as many devices as you like, but can only add one device from the 1st day of each calendar month. Here's a help link to the help guide http://help.nowtv.com/article/Managing-Devices 

 

I'd suggest you have a word with Live Chat who may be able to help.  Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat option (8am - Midnight).
