Hi I have stupidly deleted all devices and now can’t watch or add a device. Any suggestions??

I think you are just plum out of luck, thanks to Corona.
The only way out of your predicament is to contact Now TV's Live Text Chat on the following URL:

but they are currently unavailable and there's no indication when they'll be back.
