Click next episode goes to home screen

If m wachng an episode of something and at the end the next episode comes up, if I press it, it goes to the home screen, it doesn't Play the next episode?  Also half the time the next episode preview picture isn't there?

You might find this has solved itself now, it was happening to me a couple of days back but today the next episode plays fine. I know the team have been working on the missing artwork problem as well.

@Anonymous User what TV show is what they were asking. As you are the only one experiencing the issue they need to try and replicate the fault. Saying "Now tv...." isn't going to help them.

This problem hasnt been fixed. it used to happen infrequently on the white box.

i bought the black box within the last few days thinking this problem would be resolved but its worse, it now happens after every episode.

Sorry to hear this, can you please try factory resetting the black box. Once reloaded perform a software update. 

Can you please then try to play out and let us know what happens? 

Are you connecting via Wifi or Ethernet cable?
