I received a one month Cinema Pass with an expiry date of 31/05/20. I tried to put it on yesterday but it said it had expired. I tried the online chat but that wasn't working. I came back on to try it today. It still says it's expired and when I tried the online chat, I then got the message it was down due to Covid (quite understandable, but didn't get that message at all yesterday). How can I ensure I don't miss out? Thanks
