Charges for unused

I have been charged for services that I havnt used and can't speak to anyone via live chat. Just going round in circles. Can you please contact me as theses services have cost me over £100.

You won’t get any refunds from us as this is primarily used by customers like you and me.

 

What are you being charged for? 
Did you cancel these services that you are being charged for?

For live chat your saying going round in circles. Can you explain what you mean? Have you tried another browser?

 

Live chat is accessed by clicking “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

I am being charged services I never used and never signed up for. They
charged me 3 times in 2 days for cinema entertainment and a booster. They
are rip off merchants and when I did manage to speak to someone they tried
accusing me. Also my messages were disappearing as I wrote them they are
scammers simple as.
