I just love it when Now say 'its easy' 'cos nothing ever seems to be. You cannot 'view' your existing pin in the privacy of your own account plus when they email you access code for forgotten pin change It doesnt work! Tried 4 times now. I dont know why the box is suddenly refusing my existing pin any way!!!!! Very, very frustrating! Not exactly a relaxed evenings viewing!
