I've been trying to watch something on more4 catch up a few times now. It gets 10 minutes into the episode and buffers back to home screen. Do I need to reset my box?

Seems to be reported by a few NOW branded device owners (not sure about Roku players).

Looks like most customers have done all the expected basic trouble shooting.
Your best bet is to contact both NOW live chat and All 4.

Yeah it looks like.
Seen something similar on the Amazon Prime App reported on the Roku Community.
Best to contact both NOW and All 4 so they can bang their heads together to find the cause and provide a fix.
