The NowTV App on the EE boxes ceased to operate after the 24th of November where NowTV have removed support for them.
EE box users that stream using the NowTV App should have been emailed around about the 20th of October.
Should your EE box be your primary method of watching NowTV, then contact NowTV live chat where they may offer you a free NowTV Stick replacement.
