Cant get passed the enter pin page on new device

I have just bought my 3rd device, this one is a black box, whilst setting up it asks me to enter a pin, i have done this online and all it does is take me to an error page saying there is something wrong at our end (as in now tv’s end) but its been doing it all day but my other devices are working fine ??

Hey Chris


Do a factory reset, which will take it back to zero, and then start again.
