How can i cancel my subcription? There is no option to do so beside it.

Assuming you are logged in correctly using MyAccount/Mypasses should show your active passes with large cancel button

I've been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now and I cant. there is no cancel button next to any of the memberships and I'm getting charged two lots of £9.99. I'm getting really frustrated and there is no one to talk to. can someone help me asap.

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my subscription to Now TV because I haven't been able to use at a all since having it, I've been paying a double charge for the passed 2-3 months one being around £6.99 and the other being around £12.99 but I have been unable to use any of the services, I've tried going onto my passes to cancel them but it's saying I'm not opted into any, if that is the case then I don't understand what I've been paying around £20 a month for, also there is no phone number to call in order to talk to someone about it, and all in all its just a baffling process to just and get an answer to the question as to why I'm being charged that amount

Sounds like you are struggling to cancel your passes, if that's the case your best option is to jump over to nowtv live chat where they should be able to cancel your passes on your behalf (if the pases were purchased from your ITunes account then you will need to cancel them via iTunes).
