I've been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now and I cant. there is no cancel button next to any of the memberships and I'm getting charged two lots of £9.99. I'm getting really frustrated and there is no one to talk to. can someone help me asap.

Sounds like you are struggling to cancel your passes, if that's the case your best option is to jump over to nowtv live chat where they should be able to cancel your passes on your behalf (if the pases were purchased from your ITunes account then you will need to cancel them via iTunes).
