Can't sign in

I've been trying to sign into my account since Thursday it's now Saturday but still no luck . I've been on Live Chat with with several people but nobody seems to be able to sort out my problem. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Hi Karl

Unfortunately for you you're dealing with an old lady here. I'm not tech savvy at all so you may have to speak in plain English  lol . I haven't been able to watch Nowtv since 11th June. I've been on live chat almost daily but they haven't been able to help.

I have a Nowtv black box with Roku. I did a restart but it won't accept my 6 digit code number.

The one thing I have noticed is that every time I try to activate the code my browser has nowtv.com/ie/tv  which I understand the ie is for Ireland. No matter how many times I put UK it still comes up as this. Any suggestions please?
