Can’t sign in on tv

Can sign in on iPad but not on tv (“Oops, something went wrong. We couldn’t log you in right now. Please try again later”). Both using same BT Wi-Fi. Later has come and gone.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the NOW app on your TV?

Hi,

Yes, that’s solved the problem. I did a factory reset on now tv. It doesn’t ask for email/username and password at all now.

You are bang on, looking back I haven’t a clue where I got iOS software from! Haha 😂
