Didn't Finish post. So we have just come back form holiday and we can't log on it says 'oops something went wrong, please try again later. I have done a factory rest and re added the internet, still no luck! Any ideas.

I've downloaded the player but after selecting a day pass it wont allow me to pay. It says 'oops somethings gone wrong' and keeps suggesting I try again.

I am getting the same unhelpful message:
Oops something went wrong
We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later.
This has been the case since Friday 26/6/2020.
I need to check and maybe cancel my pass...
