Can't log in

Username and password correct , can log in on phone , no special caricters in name or password, got box tonight , can't log in !!!!

If it's Eire your best option for help is to go to https://help.nowtv.com/ie/article/can-not-sign-in and click the 'Contact Us' button on that page where you will be able to get help from the ROI support team.

Which ISP are you with @Newuser888? Is it registered in Northern Ireland?

 

Did you buy your NOW 'black' box in Northern Ireland or in Eire?

Thank you !!! Put card details in and did it although I did that on my phone , I had a 4 month voucher so I hope I don't get charged
