Can't log in trying to charge

Hi I have an active Now tv account for entertainment and I can watch it via my talk talk box but I also have an old small  Now tv black box.

When I try to watch something using that it tries to charge me and cannot see any where / option  to log in on the black box.

There is only 3 devices on the account.

Help please

Hi @Anonymous User 

Have you scrolled down to the bottom on the NOW home screen page on the NOW black box and click on the My Account tile box.

Then make sure you are signed into the black box with the same sign in details used on your TalkTalk box Now App.
