When i try hayu through my black box it tells me to log in online to start free trial, Once online it says I cannot purchase free trail at this time but has been now saying this for 2 days. I have had my movies and entertainment accounts for over a year with no issues.

This is what comes up when I press buy pass.
@Anonymous User We’re in the process of making it available to all of our customers as soon as possible! We’ve had to do this in stages this time and we’re hoping to have the new pass available to everyone in a few weeks. You can check by accessing “My Account” if the pass is available for you.

Any further update? Its now October and we still cannot get the pass!

Mid October and still not available.... nowtv really are rubbish! They said early September to me when I webchatted them.... no point complaining as they never take complaints seriously!

Its still not letting us purchase the pass. Spoke to now tv they said sometime soon. i was told this is september, october and november not happy has anyone else had any luck this is ridiculous!
Has anyone else heard anything customer service doesnt seem to care or know when it will be resolved?

I saw that it would take a couple weeks to get hayu online but that was said in September. Why can I still not get on this?

It's ridiculous! I've been waiting since it was announced. Constantly told "soon but never happens!

It's February now and I'm still having this issue. When will it be sorted?
I'm thinking of switching providers as I don't watch TV at all except hayu at my friend's place.
