According to the 'Sales of Goods Act' if you have a problem with your product your first port of call to get your issue resolved is with the 'vendor'. Where did you purchase your NOW TV box from?
That being said, given that it's possible to buy a 'black' box together with either 'Entertainment' or 'Cinema' voucher passes for £15.00 you might as well go for that option instead...
