Box not working

All of a sudden, with no warning, my box has decided to stop working. 

All cables fine, not overheated, just stopped working.

Any light showing on the front of the box ?

if not double check the wiring and power to the box.

Also maybe plough through these trouble shooting steps.

Yep the power button is on display.

Tried to reset the box, which also isn't working. 

Quickly changed cable and that made no difference.

You may have to try a full factory reset by holding in the reset button underneath the box for 15 to 30 seconds.

Hi @Anonymous User 

If you have the NowTV Smart Freeview box with the blue logo on the top casing, then try flipping the box over and underneath there should be a small micro reset button.

To do a soft reboot hold in the button for about 2 or 3 seconds.

Where a full factory reset hold the reset button for around 15 to 30 seconds.
