Boost pass

I have recently bought Boost so that I can use 3 devices at the same time.

 

it is not working though as it says I am now using the maximum?  This is incorrect as only 2 are playing at the moment.

 

can someone please help.

Hi @DrBald 

 

Have you tried stopping all the NowTV streams on your playback devices, then with your NowTV box, go to the My Account section, then log out and sign back in again, then try watching on three separate NowTV streams on the three devices you want to watch on.

 

Also assuming you aren't using a Chromecast has this will count has two devices (unless you cast first before hitting the play button on your mobile device).
