Can only suggest the basic stuff like reboot both your router and nowtv box.
If that doesn't work perhaps temporarily use your phone has a wifi hotspot with the nowtv box and force a software update on the box by following these instructions below.
Once the box is updated, see if it will then re connect over your home wifi network
Start by pressing your NOW TV remote control buttons in this order:
Home x5
Fast Forward x3
Rewind x2
Select the Update Software option that appears on the next screen.
Press OK, even if you already have the latest version.
Last resort perhaps consider a factory reset on the nowtv box.
