Hi, so today I went to use my now tv box (used last night no problem) it’s saying I’m not connected to the internet, although had strong signal and my phone is connected??? I’ve done a hard reset and I’ve checked for updates. Each time I try to connect, it says we need assistance in connecting your now tv box, are you at home or hotel using a hot spot? I click on home and nothing, tried using my hotspot and it won’t work? Help!!!!! For an hour I’ve been getting frustrated with it and I’m ready to throw it out the window!!!!!
