Black box broken

I bought a black box no more than a month ago and it's stopped working - the tv says no signal not picking up the box though when I plug the hdmi cable in it recognises that something is there. I've tried a 30 second factory reset, tried it on another tv and a different cable but no luck. I bought it from Tesco but I don't still have the receipt. Is there anything else I can do than bin it and get a new one? Pretty irritated as my white box has been going strong for 2 years now no problems!

If you paid by debit/credit card, then that can be your receipt.

Click the link and then the green "contact us" button at the bottom. Then select "live chat".
