Application has not been installed...try again - LG TV

Unable to install any of the available apps on the TV ..including paid for NOW TV Apps..

Unplugged and reset everything, still no Joy. Any advice or contact details to speak to a human?

Are you using the native app on the LG TV or a NOW box plugged into the LG TV?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

It's an old thread but there are a few solutions to your problem. It seems there's a conflict on your network/firewall somewhere that has prevented WebOS updating so the latest version of Now won't install.
