Amazon Prime app doesn't load

I was happy to hear that the Amazon Prime app is available on Now TV boxes now. 

I can access the app, however, as soon as the sign-in page pops up the device freezes completely. 

Has anyone had the same issues? 

I already removed and re-added the app but to no success.

Maybe plough through the trouble shooting steps in the link below .

 

Start with step 6 first and update the software on your Nowtv branded device even if you are on the same version number.
