Cant start All4 on my roku nowtv box. Getting a screen which says 'well this is embarrassing. Something is not working. Please try again in a few minutes. 
temp-3:Auth error

 

ive deleted and reinstalled the app and tried a factory reset.  Any other ideas ?

Can you post which Now model you have

 

Bare in mind if it is the white box that you have, support for that would have ended a long time ago.
