now tv stick wont load sky sports fine with all other apps

my now tv stick is working perfectly well on all other apps but refuses to load sky sports. it flashes on then off again anyone else had the same issues can i remove the app and add it again without having to repay?

With NOW devices all you can do is set the stick back to factory settings.

You could always try unplug the device and your router for a few minutes.
