My now tv stick was working last night and today it is producing a black screen, remote is working and I've gone through the reset process and I've changed ports on my tv, everything's is as it should be. Once it loads the whole screen goes blank. I'm unable to get support as live chat unavailable. My device is still lit up to say its working.
There is no support on the now tv website that relates to my query. I'm at a loss.
