I need a solution as to why I have to sign in repeatedly every time the LG TV is switched
on...been with NOWTV for ages and it used to stay signed in.
Currently using NOWTV stick plugged into USB of TV.
I am fed up with having to enter the router password and repeat both BBC and ITV log ins EVERY time the TV is switched on.
The problem remains despite the following changes:
We used pin to factory reset the NOWTV stick
We changed the 2007 Toshiba TV to a 2014 LG one
We bought a new NOWTV stick and same problem
button to live chat within Help Centre doesn't work, purple feedback on right hand side doesn't work. can't find phone number to call Help Centre or raise a problem.
Seriously considering getting Amazon stick if this doesn't get resolved before Cinema Pass expires on 27 January
Have you tried to delete the app and re install it?

Just to clarify the technology involved...there is a (non-SMART) LG TV into which the NOWTV USB stick is inserted. There are 3 laptops in the house - one did have NOWTV app installed when we couldn't get NOWTV to work on the TV but it is now uninstalled..the other two have never had thf e NOWTV app on them.
If you mean delete the NOWTV app from the non-SMART LG TV - how do you do it ? reset it to factory settings ?

Apologies also, I had assumed you spoke about a Smart LG TV. As for the Now TV stick, yeah I would say a good option would to check for updates first, worst case to perform a factory reset.
