entertainment pass not working on tv keeps asking if want to start free trial

Just got now package tv and broadband for mum , everything seems set up obviously we're doing it over the phone with isolation going on ,got code everything in stick in but when she presses sky one etc its coming up do you want to start a free trial ,I have checked her account again and entertainment pass is def showing up ?

What device are you using? 

Are you definitely logged in with the same account?


FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.

How do I know? It's always worked before,  entertainment is showing on Android

Scroll down to the bottom of the homepage to see “account” go in there and you should see the email/username that is currently logged in.

All you need to do is login to a supported device with your current details and start watching.
