Watching on app whilst I wait for TV stick

I’ve ordered the Now TV stick with cinema and payment has been deducted. I seem to be unable to watch anything on the app on my iPad in the meantime. It just keeps asking me if I want to start a 7 day free trial and then pay £7.99 p/m thereafter. 

how do I make it work or do I have to wait for the TV stick to arrive?

Hi @Anonymous User 

To take advantage of the cinema voucher pass off the stick, you need to have the stick in your possession and need to setup the stick before the cinema voucher is applied to your account.
