My now tv stick is barley 4 months old and all of a sudden today, I lost sound and picture is being cut off, in a programme and at the homepage. It’s like enlarged the image. I have reset and factory rest the stick but it hasn’t fixed the issue. I know it’s not my tv because my fire stick works perfectly fine and I tried it in the same hdmi port aswell. Can anyone help?
