Extremely unlikely that NOW will give you a free upgrade of hardware.
From my understanding they don't have any stock of the NOW Stick which is being phased out by NOW and will only be available while stock lasts from their Retailers.
I suppose you could try NOW live chat where "if you don't ask you don't get" but be prepared to be disappointed.
