I have been trying to cancel my monthly pass for 2 days now but can't get past the sign-in. All I get is 'Unable to sign you in, please try again later'.
Is this just a ploy to extract another month's money or is the web engineering really that bad?

Can't help much sorry, apart from try a different internet browser, if you are in the Republic of Ireland make sure your browser is not directing you to the UK nowtv website.
If you are not certain about your nowtv log in password, then maybe try this help link article.

With the three spinning coloured circles it means the page is trying to load.
Sometimes disabling the adblocker on your internet browser fixes it.
If you get pass the loading page on my link, you can also drop them a message instead.
Hopefully somebody from the NowTV Forum Team will pick up your posts on here and will come to your assistance.
