I’m also getting very frustrated with this. About 10 times today alone. And I also agree that the UX is much slower than the previous version. Come on NowTV. If you can’t fix this quickly please revert to the previous release which worked fine.
On my partners account we pay for sports so he can watch the formula 1 live and we have been getting this error for 2 weekends in a row. Every 30 mins. We have reset and tried everything and its not this end. We pay good money for a service which is constantly interrupted.
I will be surprised if going into Bandwidth Saver will resolve this, because ever since i owned my NowTV 4K Box the Bandwidth Saver has been disabled and set to OFF and i am still randomly getting the "Unknown Page Error" message on my box .
Anyway i hope it works for you and not a coincidence that the error will rear it's ugly head again 😠.
Forgot to mention you could try going into the old version of the NowTV UI by pressing the back button on your NowTV remote whilst on the new look home screen page, then go to Apps Store, then highlight and click on the NowTV App, then click on "Go to App" to see if that helps or not with regards to the Unknown Page Error" should it pop up again.
Hopefully NowTV are in the process of fixing this, plus the screen jumping to My Apps screen page when using the NowTV remote navigation buttons.
Ahh yes, been annoying me for a couple of weeks now. The unknown page issue every hour or so and as mentioned above, the sporadic return the my apps after pressing an arrow on the remote!
I can confirm this only started happening after the UI update (which I’m not keen on at all)
Im getting the same issue since the updated it a few weeks back. It’s driving me mad, I can’t risk pausing tv cause you loose it when this happens. Tried commenting on their FB last week and they said they were aware of it, but that’s it 🤷♂️ The last bit of software had no issues I don’t understand why they can’t just fix it if it’s a common problem
This has happened twice already tonight within the space of 20 minutes watching Sky Sports news. When is it going to be sorted? It's driving me mad and if it's still a a problem when the new season starts I shall be asking for a refund on my sports pass!
