So after the joy of failure to connect we now have the screen turning blue mid program and the message "unknown Page error" popping up.

This error every 30 minutes is not funny, please get it sorted. If it’s not sorted by my next renewal I’ll be cancelling my pass.
Fed up with this stupid 'error' multiple times every day on my boxes with this new software, so have cancelled my Sky Sports sub.
I just got sky sports moblie pass but when I go to watch it’s says buy pass when I just paid 5.99 any 1 knows the problem here

What device are you trying to watch on? you'll only be able to view content on a mobile phone with that pass.
Im getting the same issue since the updated it a few weeks back. It’s driving me mad, I can’t risk pausing tv cause you loose it when this happens. Tried commenting on their FB last week and they said they were aware of it, but that’s it 🤷♂️ The last bit of software had no issues I don’t understand why they can’t just fix it if it’s a common problem
Still broken and not just limited to exactly on the hour. Just happened at 12 noon exactly and then 5 minutes later when the program finished

I am also repeatedly getting this incredibly annoying 'unknown page error' since the software update.
I am now also getting a different error through the app on my phone that stops Chromecast streaming so I don't have an alternative on a big screen.
The entire service has been awful since the update, and that was weeks ago.
Almost everything I watch on NowTV is live and lasts longer than half an hour, so if this persists I will simply have to move to a different service.
i got e.mail from faults dep they now no about it and should be fix by next week and i got £15 credit
How can I actually contact them? Round in circles, chat bots and community but no actual customer service 🙄 Cuts out during F1 and just before the end of the race!!!!! So bloody frustrating. If this isn't fixed this week I'm off to Virgin.

I only pay for a sports pass so that I can watch the F1, last weekend I missed the last 5 laps of the race due to this issue, yesterday I missed the last part of qualifying! And already happened once today during current race.
This issue has only started in the last 2-3 weeks. Come on Nowtv, this is not good enough when paying a premium for sports pass 😡
Getting this error as well every day when watching Sky Sports on my 4K box with the rubbish new software installed.
I don't have this problem on my smart freeview box, which still has the 'working' old software on it, so it seems like the new software has been released without adequate testing, as well as being inferior from a user perspective.
Stop messing things up just for the sake of it NOW TV! 😡
I'm glad I'm not the only one getting this on the hour, half hour, end of program etc. I thought I had a duff stick - it's less than a week old.
When you pay £30+ for a service you don't expect to have to keep resetting it to continue watching. Don't suppose we will get a refund for the inconvenience?
Don't see why we couldn't get a refund. NOWTV terms say:
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T OR CAN'T WATCH THE CONTENT YOU'VE PAID FOR?
If you're unable to watch content which you've paid for, for reasons beyond your control (like a fault with your line, or your broadband speed isn't sufficient, or due to our fault), let us know within 28 days of paying for that content so we can run a test on your line and we may give you a refund for the relevant amount.
This started on the 21st of August. Perhaps @Simon-J could tell us if our forum postings count as notification and if not where we all need to write/email.
It does seem to be related to the now/next thing. It just happened after only watching for a few minutes. Next programme started at 5pm and up popped the error. All for a new interface that frankly looks a mess. Trying to copy Amazon Prime, which is strange because that interface is even worse.
This keeps happening to me too, at least 4 times per hour - so frustrating!
I have rebooted and disconnected the NOWTV box several times, but still going off.

I've now got a case open with Now
trying to fix it by getting me to do loads of trouble shooting my end. You know the thing, reset your router, do a factory reset of the stick, force an OS software update on the stick. The usual.
What difference to you think that two hours of my time made?
If it helps anyone else my problems are on two identical Now TV smart sticks model 3801 running software version 18.104.22.16836
I even tried just doing the suggested updates resets etc on only ONE stick but they still BOTH stopped working on cue
I'm running sky sports f1 on both sticks concurrently and they do seem to fall over exactly on the hour or half hour but it's not consistent, sometimes they will run for 90 minutes or more and they don't both fall over at the same time.
I wonder if how long a stick has been playing the channel is relevant? Has anyone else noticed any other patterns?
