I do not have a membership I do not watch now tv
I have sky and an amazone prime account
I did have snow trial 1 year ago
I have noticed today that the past 4 months that unauthorised charges have been taken from my bank account. Some up to 5 times in 1 month of different amounts ranging from £5.00 to £9.99 and now I will have to look back to see if there is any more
I have tried the "account finder" I have no account
I want my money back and my personal private bank details removed from your data base
Your customer service is a disgrace and most of your links leading to help do not work
The Auto bots give no options for this issue.... looking at the community board it happens very often
I need this issue resolving or I will be contacting the police as this illegal what yous are doing
