Tv code not working

I have a new smart stick from the box, I get to the screen to to now tv.com and enter code on device, I do this and nothing happens, any ideas?

Just brought a now tv stick, its telling me to go onto www.nowtv.com/TV giving me codes to type in I'm doing it and it keeps saying there was a problem with the code or its non existing, I dont know what to do 

Any help.
