Do you mean the six digit activation code showing on your television screen will not work when using this link below (assuming you are a UK customer) when using an internet browser on a PC tablet, smartphone etc ?

If so have you tried a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it when typing the code in the link above.
Or is the NowTV Stick up and running but you can't redeem the sports pass voucher code electronically embedded on the Stick ?
