Stick doesn’t let me watch anything

Hi,I can’t watch anything via my nowtv stick on my TV. It starts buffering the film but hangs then at 20% and never ends. 

I have on there now also Netflix which was working but now not anymore..

i can still get it on my iPad but not on theTV.  I thought that shows it can’t be my broadband. The problem is with the stick, aren't it?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Try steps 1, 6 and 2 in this order by following the trouble shooting steps in this linked guide below.

Hopefully Step 1, rebooting both your Stick & Router will fix it without trying the other steps.
