When watching live TV by NOWTV stick keeps going into standby mode 10 minutes in with the floating logo. I can still hear the audio and I can't figure out how to stop it from happening. It's only started happening the last few days

A couple of people have reported this.
Go into the Stick Settings and switch off the screen saver mode.
