Sports pass will not activate!!

I purchased a sports pass on 22 jul but pass wouldn’t activate which is strange ad I have purchased 5 passes this month which were fine I am now trying to watch a match this afternoon at 16:00 and pass still will not activate WHY!!!

In the same boat as you both, just bought a pass ready for the Man U game at 4pm and Nothing its saying unable to complete on this device,  please go to etc shambles and the Customer service is Awful.. not sure how long I will continue with Now TV to be Honest.

Same. I purchased around an hour ago and the message on my screen is ‘Unable to complete purchase on this device’. I hope it can complete before 4.

Same issue, complete joke wont be using them again, literally bought it to watch Man U game which is now 20+ mins in and still can't watch it...
