“Sorry something went wrong”

Hey, for the last week my now tv stick is NOT letting me sign in. I can’t sign into my account on my web browser or my app either. I’ve had to sign into an old account to post this for help. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME but I can’t use the account at all... can it be blocked or do I need a new stick as my old account signs in but will not let me buy passes.
