Smart stick remote

The remote has just randomly stopped working.

You can't purchase a replacement remote from now themselves nor other retailers.

What are you supposed to do?

Try setting the device back to factory settings as it could be a connection fault.

Have you checked the batteries?

 

Ideally with a meter, but trying a fresh set won’t hurt.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
