Sky sports error code PL-01

Hi, I am trying to watch sky sports via Amazon firestick but after about 5-10 minutes it stops playing with error message PL-01. I have re-installed the app, re-booted my router etc and it still happens. Every other app I have works fine.  I contacted now tv and they said it is an intermittent issue and they are sorting it but their message seemed generic and I’m not sure I trust it. 

Anyone else having this issue or has had this issue? Thanks

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app? 

You are right to keep contacting NOW directly, hopefully they can sort it! 

There has been multiple issues with sports streams across many devices.
