Setting up frustrations

2 days of attempting to set my stick up and I'm still trying. Firstly I was getting error messages, then the connection kept dropping followed by mysterious messages saying 'sorry, something went wrong, we'll be back later' and now my remote's not working. I've unplugged and re-started so many times I know the start up format off by heart now. 2 days in and I still haven't been able to watch anything, is this normal?

I bought a sports pass to watch Ryder Cup but expeienced exactly what you found. I am retaining the pass and when the Masters weekk comes in April I will ask Now so-called help to set me up.
