Screen saver keeps coming on

Hi I’m just wondering if anyone else is having difficulty while watching something. For the last couple of days every time I watch something after 15minutes the screen saver keeps coming on. You can still hear the film even though the screen saver has come on.

Have you gone into the NOW Stick / NOW Box Settings and switching off the screen saver.

This worked for another forum member.

Thanks I will have a go at this. If it does it again as it’s now working fine.
