Roku or Now tv

I pressed reset on my now TV stick and it's put me back to sign in I have done that now it's asking for a code I have put that in then it's saying already a customer don't know what to do

When you reset the stick was it a factory reset and your TV is showing a 6 digit code where you need to enter the code by going to nowtv.com/tv with your PC or mobile internet browser ?

 

If so maybe temporary disconnect the power to the stick for a minute, then power up the stick again and follow step 5 of this help guide where there is also a direct link in green to reach nowtv.com/tv to enter the code that you see on your television screen.

If it doesn't accept the new code, then see if using a different internet browser or using the browser in a Private Window or Incognito mode helps.

Hi there I just pressed reset on the stick at back and yes it's asking for 6 digit code but when I done that it said already a customer been like this for couple of days now

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

See if another factory reset resolves it, by holding the reset button on the stick for about 20 seconds whilst the stick and television is switched on.

 

Then follow the instructions again on your television set by going to this web page linked below (where i am assuming you are a UK customer and not based in the Republic of Ireland) and enter the new code shown on your television set.
