Rich house poor house

Ive been trying to watch rich house poor house since Monday but,everytime I click on it it doesnt load and goes back to home screen. Also my 4 isnplauing up aswell?

The My 5 App is also not working for me where it takes me back to the NowTV home screen.

I did notice this in the My 5 support help page's, though it was posted in February i am not sure if it has been resolved, where you would have thought My 5 would have removed the on going problem message from their website.

BTW - The All 4 App is working fine for me on my NowTV 4K Smart box.

Forgot to mention you could try and remove the My 5 & All 4 App from your My Apps section on your NowTV device and then try a fresh install from your Apps Store.

Other than that maybe try steps 1 & 6 in this linked help guide.

I doubt it will work or including a full factory reset on your device (unless you want to give it a go).
